Mission & vision
Since our founding in 2013, guided by the principle of mottainai (“waste nothing”), we have pursued a mission to reuse and deliver research equipment as long as even a single customer needs it — growing into one of the industry’s largest dealers by volume. To further advance the used-research-equipment industry, we are setting new management principles and aiming to become an ever more planet-friendly company.
Our mission is to reuse what is no longer needed and offer it to customers who think “I wish I had one.” By becoming a leading company in the field, we help promote lower-cost R&D through the circulation of used equipment, contributing to Japanese industry — and we aim to surprise and delight customers with our buying and selling services.

Message from the CEO
In June 2025, we (Japan Used Measuring Instruments, formerly Dealwings) entered our 13th year. With deep gratitude, our whole team reflects on the journey so far and looks ahead to the next step.
Since our founding, our goal has been to create an environment where staff can work freely and, above all, enjoyably. That belief is unchanged: our team has grown, sales have grown, and we have even expanded our warehouse for large equipment — the result of everyone fulfilling their role and working together.
We renew our strong commitment to the SDGs. Cherishing a “mottainai first” spirit, we devote ourselves to enhancing the sustainability of people’s lives and businesses through reuse and waste reduction.
A single missing instrument can stop someone’s dream. We never want that. That is why we value delivering needed equipment to as many people as possible — rescuing items destined for disposal and, in doing so, making someone’s day a little better. With that conviction we will keep moving forward as a leading company in used research-equipment sales and as a company committed to the SDGs.

Started the used measuring / analytical instrument buying & selling business as Dealwings Co., Ltd.
- Expansion
Broadened from electrical instruments into analytical and physical-chemical equipment; opened a dedicated refurbishment warehouse.

私たちは 2013 年の創業以来、研究機材（電気計測器・分析機器・理化学機器）において、「もったいない」を合言葉に、1 人でも欲しいお客様がいる限りリユースしお届けするという使命を持ち、現在では業界トップクラスの取扱量となりました。今後ますますの中古研究機材業界の発展のために、弊社は新たな経営理念・ビジョン・行動指針を策定し、さらなる地球貢献企業を目指してまいります。
私たちの使命は、使わなくなったものを「もったいない」の精神でリユース化し、「あったら良いな」と思っているお客様に提供することです。そのためにも業界におけるリーディングカンパニーとなり、中古研究機材業界を発展させ、中古機器の流通により低コストでの研究開発が促進され、日本の産業に貢献します。お客様に今までにないビックリ（感嘆）を与えるような買取サービス・販売サービスを実行します。

2025 年 6 月に我々、日本中古計測器（旧：ディルウィングス）は 13 期目を迎えました。スタッフ一同、深い感謝とともにこれまでの道のりをふり返り、次のステップに向けて意気込んでいます。
創業以来、私たちの目指すのはスタッフが自由に、そして何より楽しく働ける環境の創造です。その想いは今も変わらず、スタッフも増え、売上も伸び、さらに大型商品用の倉庫を増床するまでになったことは、それぞれが自分の役割を全うし、一緒に努力した結果だと自負しています。
私たちはまだまだ成長の途中です。日本中古計測器は SDGs（持続可能な開発目標）に対する強い決意を新たにしています。「もったいない、第一。」の精神を大切にし、リサイクルと廃棄物の削減を通じて、人々の生活とビジネスの持続可能性を高めることに全力を尽くします。
